I don't know much about that motor but I think I would try to get a model number and check with a Merc dealer to see if parts are available is it still in production.4 stroke or 2 stroke.It looks like a single so will probably vibrate
a little. For $400 you could buy a heck of a nice
Evinrude/Johnson 64 on up 3 or 4 hp.50:1 mix twin cylinder smooth, reliable
routine parts readily available some right here at iboats.The older 3hp are also excellent motors but are 24:1 fuel mix.These date back to 53 but again routine parts are readily available.
