This boat is cosmetically near perfect and has 200 hours on the hour meter... 3.0 liter OMC sterndrive... Wife has kept up the brightwork but the boat was left in an unheated workshop for years w/o winterization... I spent a lot of time and money fixing the boat this spring and it's running great but it has two cracks in the block.. One is professionally welded and the other is JBWelded by me.... Trailer is in great shape ... I would of course disclose the cracks in the block to a perspective buyer but I have no idea how to price the boat?.. With no freeze damage I figure it'd be worth 4k tops.. With the cracks in the block?.. I have no idea what to ask.. Any advice? (boat is bone dry running WOT, repairs are holding up great)

it's hard to say, i was also thinking 4K before i heard of the cracks. sell it for what you are happy to get out of it, and remmember nomatter how low you go you will not sell it for asking price. You have to make people think they are getting a deal by going lower than your asking price. I'de ask $3,500 startign out, and go down from there.
