IM getting a new outboard, and I am unsure whether this one is worth more together or in parts.<br /><br />It was rebuilt sometime in its life, good compresion, new water pump, new fuel pumps and carb parts, new homebrew ignition system.<br /><br />starts up easy and idles smooth, but I cant get it to rev up.<br /><br />should I part it out, or try and sell it whole?<br /><br />the engine was given to me, and I now have about $400 in it at this point, which way will get my money back?<br /><br />thanks!
