Value of an old Tritoon

Looking at my first Tritoon, and wanted to go with a used one. An '84 that has been rebuilt. 24' with new wood, carpet, relatively new seats, but some flaws....except the console. No Radio. Mercury 200 rebuilt with 20 hours on it, but I have not heard it run yet. Rebuilt trailer with new tires. Been sitting covered over the winter, but it is dirty, both the pontoons and the seats. Comes with camping enclosure. Could not find an anode on the motor. Was told the motor is set with a high compression that requires high octane to run correctly. Have to reschedule with owner to hear the motor run....may not be able to get it in the water anytime soon. What is a fair price for something like this? What else should I be looking for?

Re: Value of an old Tritoon

Maker is SunTracker, and the condition of the pontoons is pretty good. One small dent on the middle pontoon. Carpet looks good, with only one minor stain. Seats are ok....one with a rust stain and one with a minor tear on the top, but other than that they look pretty good. MidWest part of the country, but not the original owner. Previous owner rebuilt the deck, carpet, and seats, and motor. The only thing I really know about the motor is Merc 200 oil injected Black Max. I will find out more about that. Thanks.

Hard to guestimate a value, "JW" without some pics. Any idea what he's asking ? Got to find a way to do a water test and / or have the motor checked out. Good luck !!!
