Value Question on Livingston

I'm brand new here and I have an opportunity to buy a used 14' Livingston with a Yamaya 2 stroke 30 and a Yamaha 4 stroke 4 hp. The 30 has less then a 100 hours and the 4 has under 10 hours. The boat looks real clean and well kept. He's asking 4700 for the whole package which includes trailer of course, fish finder, bumpers, anchor, etc.
I have no idea what the going rate is on these boats.
Do you have any thoughts?
I'm in the Puget Sound area.

I would go to NADA.com and look up the price. You will have to look up the boat, motors, and the trailer. The add them up to see where he is on the price.

Click on consumer then boat.

One of the best boats made...million of them out here used as tenders
