Valve adjustment

I have a '98 Mercruiser 350 Magnum EFI (I/O). can anyone tell me how to set the valves? is it a big job?

You should be able to download a manual from here, big job ? tedious, messy depending on the way you do it. ( ps I like 3/4 of a turn. )
