Vent Hose Flange Question

Ahoy! Restoring a 79 18' V5 with a 140hp Sterndrive and am having some issues sourcing vent hose flanges that'll fit the holes under the scoops. They are 2 7/8" od and the 3" vent hose goes over the outside then "clamped" on. Anyone have any leads on a manufacture of such a flange? Trying to keep with the factory style for the scoops if possible.

bilge vent hardware was what ever cheap hardware the boat company used that month.

Yeah factory style vents made in the 70's won't be found today, most today are stainless and plastic.
