I would like to install a 15 hp OB kicker on a 26' IO. It has a very wide extended swim platform so a logical mounting would be directly on the transom through an opening in the forward edge of the platform so the hull could bear the 120# OB. Seems like this would work using a vertical lift mount (rather than the standard OB brackets which have aft-forward motion while moving vertically). Does anyone make such a bracket with about a 18" lift?
