Very small amount of water entering boat..

So during an extended boating session, I noticed that even after gluviting the starcraft, I still get a very small amount of water entering the boat. After a few hours, I start to see a sheen of moisture in the bilge. After running the boat all day, it's almost 1 inch. It never gets high enough to reach the level of the drain in the bilge even after boating for a few days or high enough where the bilge pump can get it, so I always have to shop vac it out when I get home. But it annoys me that it's there, especially since I boat in saltwater, and getting any amount of saltwater sitting inside the hull makes me worry about galvanic corrosion. Should I ignore it? Tear out the floor again and reseal again? Any tips for finding the leak if I do? I was satisfied that the boat wasn't leaking after filling it with water and not seeing any more leaks after gluvit, but it appears using it in the water still gets some in there..

What flotation do you have? You could run clear water into the hull and inch or so before you go out next time..... it should slosh around and wash things..... you could even put in a bit of dish soap.

Sounds like a single rivet or two are letting water seep past. crawl around and examine the hull..... if a spot looks suspicious smear a dab of 5200 on it.

The pink home depot foam boards. I have washed it out that way once in a while. Think I should just leave it alone? Or maybe put a couple zincs on the hull just in case?

I would just leave it alone and hunt for the bad rivet or two..... I would not add a zinc to it.
