Hey I have the same outboard model # c2g7.<br />Mine is a 5hp.Apparently the C2G7 was built by Gale Products, a division of OMC. It was built from '46 to '50 and sold to various retailers. It shares most of the same parts (minus trim) with a similiar year Johnson/Evinrude of the same HP, so parts are not too hard to find and a Johnson/Evinrude manual will work for you. Iboats carries manuals that cover those years, and your local library may too.
