Other than 4 studs and a lot of rust it is hard to tell what it is from at that angle.
What is the distance between the center of the studs?

It also looks like the axel is already off the Trailer.
A New Axel Assembly with new springs, hangers, hubs and bearings can be had for ~$200 dollars.

I have been sort of waiting to see what sort of information you want. I dont think you are wanting to repair it and about right now the only info your going to get is its done and you have gotten all of the use out of it.
