VM trailer brake quick disconnect

I have a 1997 VM trailer with a fulton tongue and surge brakes. The nose of the trailer is removeable and the quick disconnect fitting and brake hoses need replacement. Any suggestions for sourcing these parts?

I also have a VM trailer from '95. It probably has the same setup which im currently working on as well. Mine uses pioneer 4010-2p and 4050-2p hydraulic connectors.
