So I am up at the lake playing with my new toy. Went back to the parking lot and
a SUV with a toon trailer was there. So what you say. The boat is a Crestliner.
However the trailer was different to me, about 6 ft of bunk a open space and another
6 or more ft of bunk. Have I led a too sheltered life?? Is that SOP for some trailers?

Never seen one like that but it seems like it would be fine, the load is spread over alot of the toon so it should be fine, it is when you point load that you hit trouble.

Alot of people forget that toons are hollow.

Well,Well here i sit at my puter With a sheepish or a s%*t eating grin on my face. What do I see out the
back door ? It's my neighbors Crestliner toon, 20+ footer, 25in toons, and on closer examination the very
bunks I was asking about. Sorry guys I wasted your time, but that is something new to me. Regards, old jim

That trailer is sort of like mine (5 starr) only my wheels are a little closer to the center and my bunks are longer in the front and rear. It's for a 24ft Pontoon. Same basic idea.
