Volvo AQ131/275 a little water in oil

what parts would i change to resolve this. had the boat for 3 year have not changed anything.

I poor anti freeze into the screener and run engine until it shoot out the back of outdrive to winterize engine.

Do you have water or antifreeze in the oil? Can you tell?
Do you have an oil cooler? I'm not sure if the 131's have oil coolers, im thinking, no...
Is the oil level way overfull?
