I have a 1989 Volvo penta 120hp 4cyl AQ131D inboard motor and when i go out to the lake and drive full throttle the motor over heats within minutes..i have changed the thermostat and the impeller and its still overheating could there be something else like a head gasket or other cooling parts to this motor and it also blows white smoke when it gets hot and it was spraying oil from the carburator...Thanks

The cause of your overheat could be a corroded water hose connection at the drive. Very common problem. When the boat is not moving, the hose connection is underwater and will cool the engine. When on plane, it's out of the water and the pump will suck air, not water.
