Volvo Penta 5.0 GXI-E Loss of Power at Throttle Up

My Volvo Penta I/O 5.0 GXI-E is not getting and get up and go when I throttle up. It sounds a little rough at low RPM but pushed just fine. However, when I try to go full power the RPMs go up but air have no more push. I am going to ch age the plugs, wires, rotor and cap. Any other insight on what might cause the loss of or no power at full throttle? I do appreciate any help.

Either the cap or bad fuel.

Thanks, I ordered cap, rotor and plugs. Going to try that this weekend

Update: replaced plugs, wires, cap & rotor and cleaned the air filter. The boat ran very good, power at full throttle. Hopefully that solved the issue, the rest of the season will tell. Thanks for the help
