We have a '99 Four Winns that we just got in June. In August it needed a new starter after sitting idle for 5 days--totally rusted/frozen. We just went to start it up to pull it for the season (last used 3 weeks ago) and it won't start again. My husband says he can feel the rust all around it. Are we having bad luck, is there something we're doing that's wrong, is this a common problem???
