Volvo Penta Control Box Removal

I have a 2002 Volvo Penta control box that I need to remove and can't seem to take it apart. I need to replace it before the weekend. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Controls come in many different flavors, top mount, side mount, dual/single lever...can you identify the brand? I'd hop over to iboats, and see if you can find one that looks similar. Teleflex seems to be a popular maker. From there you can probably find a schematic with disassembly instructions.
