How do to you all again!
Volvo Penta Block plate states:
Prod 3869056
Tpye 50GL PERF
S/N 4012012566

SX drive

Looking for a online Tech Manual or a good shop manual to purchase if need be.

I guess I only thought I was pretty good at surfing the net. I have noticed many links here at iboats forums that lead to Merc's but very few that lead to Volvo. I've read a couple comments that Seloc and Clymore(?) are not the greatest but can be a help.

Appricate any and all help.

Temp here in Arkansas was 92 yesterday and I'm still in the driveway tinkering with the boat.

Re: Volvo Penta Manuals

Avoid the Seloc and Clymers. There are no online service manuals for Volvo that I am aware of.
Here are a list of Volvo PN's for the manuals you may need.
Wiring diagram suppliment 7743245
Elect/Ignition/Fuel 7743244
Engine 7797353
Outdrive and transom shield 3850075

You can download an operators manual from Volvo at:
http://www.volvo.com/volvopenta/global/en-gb/marineengines/operators_manual/operators_manual.htm

Re: Volvo Penta Manuals

the link is dead, is there anyway to send me a email or something with that info? I have a 5.7 GL-B Glastron with the Volvo Penta motor, replaced the alternator, and my marks were rubbed off during installation. Thanks for your time.
