Volvo Penta side mount remote control with trim switch

I just replaced the shift cable and am having trouble understanding how it goes back together with the trim switch cable. It is long like your supposed to wrap it around the hub that the remote arm mounts to. I can’t seem to find anything online and the part diagram doesn’t help:

If anyone has pictures or experience with how the cable is supposed to be wrapped that would be amazing!

The trim switch cable does not get wrapped around the shifter. Its just excess cable just tuck in behind the panel.

The cable moves as the throttle is advanced though it seems like it would wear rubbing on metal edges over time?

more pictures. Didn’t wrap it but it does need to come from the inside of the hub and not outside the hub between the throttle handle and the hub?

does anyone have pictures of their cable routing? After puting it together it seems like it works, but its still really tight on the cable.
