Volvo Penta Steering Actuator Clevis

Hi,
This past weekend I lost steering in my boat (2004 Formula 34PC) just as I was entering Woods Hole (for those that know this area) and when I investigated the cause the hydraulic piston on the actuator looks to have torn the threads out of the clevis that connects everything. I believe that the proper part number for the clevis that is in my boat is 3850251 which is no longer available. I do see that 3859048 is available but am unsure if it will work. Would anyone happen to know? My other idea was to put a helicoil into the clevis but I am not sure what the thread size is. Anyone know that?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Yes - #6. I'm not talking about the cable but rather the hydraulic piston. Just to the left of #5, you can see that the piston looks threaded and it is. That threads into #6.

For anyone that runs into this, 3859048 is a suitable replacement with all dimensions being the same.
Also, if anyone wants to know what the thread size on the piston where it threads into the clevis it's 7/16-14
