There is no difference. The only reason some stop at 00 is that is becuase that was the last year they used them in trucks before they switched to different engines. The 350 is no longer used in US GM trucks.
Yeah, the only other thing i can think of is that the older ones we built in the U.S. But when they quit using them in the trucks, they switched the production to Mexico, where they are made now.
