I have a VP 3.0 gs. 1999 I think. I replaced the exhaust bellows at the riser last year. I noticed that it wasn’t the diameter a in the center where exhaust and water mix wasn’t a big as the original. I have been getting water on top of my cylinders since I changed it. Enough to cause hydro lock! I have to take out the plugs and turn it over to get the water out!
So my question is, does the 3.0 require a larger diameter in the center of the bellows than a 4.3 or different years?
And yes the gaskets are good and I replaced the exhaust manifold earlier last year so that should be ok.
