VP service bulletin for fuel regulator screen / e-clip

The service bulletin below calls for the replacement of the screen on the fuel regulator for 5.0L and 5.7L gas EFI engines. But, doesn't the 4.3 GXi have the same regulator? http://www.marinepartsexpress.com/V... N03 V01 Fuel Pressure Regulator.pdf

Does this resolve an issue specific to the 5.0 and 5.7 and not the 4.3? Or could the 4.3 have been inadvertently left off the bulletin?

Still no reply? I'm wondering the same thing as you. I'm an owner of a 4.3 GXI-E from -05 and are very keen of knowing if I should modify my engine according to this bulletin or not.
