VP SX-M trim cylinder - bleeding method?

Hi all,

Swapping the power steering pump over and stupidly turned the outdrive whilst hopping out the boat to work on something else, how do you bleed the RAMs? Is it just a case of topping up the power cylinder fluid and turning left to right/up down?

steering cylinder is simply turning right and left a dozen times

trim cylinders is simply raising and lowering drive fully about a dozen times
