vro pump. replace or not?

i have an 89 johnson 110hp with a vro pump on it. the fuel pump leaks on the fuel side. the oil side works fine. my question is should i replace the pump or not?

there are repair kits available...see a brp dealer.
if you are mechanically able rebuild pump.
if not comfy with this replace pump with latest style oms (oil mixing system) pump.
be sure to check no oil warning and self prime feature of the new pump.

yes i can rebuild it but is it worth it. the oil pump side works perfectly. it leaks from the fuel side from the first diaphram. i inspect the diaphram and it has no cracks or pin hole that i can tell. the piston seems to be in proper order. i cant figure out why it is leaking.

there is an o'ring between the oil and fuel pumps that tends to dry out. take it apart grease the o'ring reassemble run motor on 50:1 until you are satisfied its working properly.
