Started having trouble starting motor,now motor will not start. Motor is 89 gt175 johnson, I have found gas coming out of top of vro, oil lines have been taken off. Cannot find rebuild kit at boat dealers, have found one at napa auto parts but they only have one for a 83 175. Is the vro on an 83 the same on 89?
