1995 Johnson 130 looper. I replaced my VRO with a mechanical pump. A mechanic recommended the pump and I took his advise. Is a single pump going to deliver enough volume for this motor?

Yes it will. Prior to VRO the 140 and below all used one pump with no issues. As long as the pump was from one of the larger outboards you shouldn't have an issues.

Your motor would have only run one one pump for the fuel with the VRO anyway the second pump is the oil pump so essentially all you are doing is removing the oil pump.
Does not affect the volume of fuel flowing.
Cheers
