VRO to standard fuel pump

I have a1988 150 XP evenrude and want to replace the VRO with standard fuel pump all I can find in the 150 class is a 155 cross fire will this fit my XP model and how is it hooked up ? Help please

The earlier V-6 used 2 pumps in series.-----Look it up for a 1982 or 83 model.------150 / 175 / 200 and 235 HP.

If there is nothing wrong with the VRO pump, you can just use it as a pre mix pump.
