Wakeboard POLE HELP pleaseee

Hi guys i need help... i have a 1988 ski centurion boat... my pylon on my boat is 3 " and the poles i find are 2 1/2" I bought one because I was told by the store that it will fit all boats all years.WRONG. So my ? is... i cannot find a bigger wakeboard pole/ skylon / fly high every brand i can find on the internet is just saying 3"wide but with a 2 1/2" inside diameter . What can i do? thank you all for your help in advance

Buy a 2.5inch to 3inch pipe adapter and weld it yourself or have a friend do it.
