Wakeboard Tower Clamp Size

Hello,

I'm new to this board and just recently purchased a 2005 Yamaha AR230 with wakeboard towers. I'm interested in purchasing a couple of wakeboard racks, but I'm not sure the clamp size. I believe the new 2009 AR230 HO wakeboard tower's rack is 1 7/8" round and was wondering if this would be the same as the 2005 model?
