Mine was a 2001 Glastron GX-185.<br /><br />I added plywood backing plates and glassed them in to help prevent stress cracks. It worked great as the gel coat is pretty thin on those type boats.<br /><br />Go to Lowes/Home Depot and get a camfer bit to match your bolt holes. Basicaly, you want to wallow out the holes to remove the edges. Just takes a second, but it will prevent those cracks.
