This I have learned the hard way my outboard was hard to start and after a few hours it would not start until I primed the bulb for a long time I replaced to wal Mart with a johnson Evenrude Blub and it is working great and after all night is started with out priming . The check valve in the wal Mart brand is cheap or defective. Gil
