Wall mount, fold-down seat?

Hey, all.
I have a seat for my control console on my cuddy cabin Dorsett that works really well for what I do. It's got two brackets screwed into the wall on the right hand side, and a post that drops from the left side of the seat into a bracket on the floor. When I need the extra space, it folds down almost flat against the wall.
I'm replacing the interior, and would like to have two of these seats instead of the current removable post seats I see all over the place.
West Marine has no idea what I'm talking about. The closest thing I've seen so far have been shower seats.
My question is, does anybody know of anything similar?

Sounds to me like you'll have to custom fab. Maybe starting with shower seats!

Try googling "marine jump seat brackets" and you will find a couple of possibilities. I had 2 seats made using the Taco Metals brackets "H24-7660" that looked really good. Then there was another listed by "Tecla Marine" that has possibilities.

Remember; Google is your friend.
