??? ??? ??? we have a hydrostream come in the shop every now and then, couple have had the bridgeports. the lead mechie always talked about runnin them, I had no idea! So anyone want a crownline?!

thats ronnies viper, that "was" one hell of a machine, it was rigged first class. 280 hp merc on a 15 ft boat, When someone talks about driving a vpad boat at those speeds his name almost always comes up. notice i said "was", he flipped the boat foward as he was approaching a wave at a high rate of speed and slowed down to fast causing the nose to dive into the wave launching the boat motor end first into the air. he did have some injures to his ribs/arms i believe, and was wearing a lifeline lifejacket and helmet at the time the accident happend.

btw, yes hydrostreams are fast due to efficent hull designs, I have a 14ft model with a 140hp johnnyrude on it that will do 70mph gps.
