Want carpet??

I want to install carpet in my '86 250 Sea Ray Sundancer '25ft. The deck is bare and I was thinking about adding a deck carpet? I wonder if this is a good idea. I have three small children and I thought this would be less slippery when wet. Has anyone seen this particular boat with carpet (helm and aft deck). Any pics so I could see how it looks? What would be a good type of carpet and how to install. Where to order and such?

slippery when wet I think I've seen that video on a hotel tv once. However, carpet would be a good thought, but would need replacing every other year. Why not try rhino lining, or something like it.

carpet has no place permanetly mounted in a boat. if you can loose lay it, or use velcro, or even snaps. ok. don't use rubber back stuff. you can get marine grade exterior carpet and the big blue or orange store.
