Wanting to put a trolling motor on a ski boat.

I have a 16ft Sea Sprite with an open bow. I want find a way to put on a foot pedal controlled trolling motor. It has an open bow and it has a railing on the side. Is there anyway I can rig it on there or make some sort of bracket. I was just wondering if any has done the same. I guess I like the fun of being able to fish and ski. ha ha Thanks.

YES! There are several that will work. if bow sits high in water you will need a longer shaft. there are some with an axtention line so you can operate motor from back seat, I have one with a 4foot shaft and 15 foot cord. Odd but not unusual is a trolling motor mounted to the aft of boat,works pretty good!
