Wanting to put tilt on boat!

Hello all.

I have a 2000 1850 sportfish crestliner. The steering wheel hits me in the knees and I'm wanting to put in a tilt steering.. I have a teleflex 491018 steering box in it. I can not find the cable identification number any were . Wondering if anyone can tell me which tilt and gearbox I need.
