It's a parade and I'm predicting rain.
It's a major copyright violation. Merc doesn't have to register for copyrights all they have to do is publish with a copyright statement and then prove lost revenue because of infringment. Whoever did it could be held liable as well as this board for allowing the links to remain.
Sorry guy's that's the law and I'd rather pay for mine than see the board shutdown and a lawsuit occur.
As a side note, U.S. Copyright laws are respected in Canda, Mexico and many of the European law systems. I think you all know where they're not respected. Let's not make iBoats one of those places.
