Wards Sea King Barn Find Manufacture Date?

Hello-

I just purchased a 7.5 HP Wards Sea King Motor that is in perfect condition and includes the original gas tank that was never filled. I am not sure if this motor was ever run.

Could someone give me an idea of the manufacture date?
Model # K7001106A
Serial # 443090
Type 602720R

Any suggestions on what this motor is worth?

K700 was built by Clinton It appears only in 73 for Sea King.
Both Montgomery Ward and Clinton have been out of business for some time.
I think it is cepco at 563-652-24111 that took over Clinton stuff.
May be able to help with parts,info and manuals.You will probably have to leave a message.
These and the similar design Eska are sort of a comprimise motor using an aircooled power head and water cooled leg.Noisy somewhat under powered performers that generally require tinkering.Value is in the $100 neighborhood
If truely an unused motor in good running condition a little more.
