Warning buzzer stuck on

The warning tone is stuck on; 60 hp 1998 Evinrude. Buzzer is in the shift console. Oil is in the tank and the tattletale "pisser" is peeing. Where do I start? What engine functions could it be warning me about? Seems to start and run fine.

First off, take the hood off of the mtr, Then start looking for any TAN wires on the mtr. Should have tan going to temp sender,VRO and oil tank. Turn the key on so horn sounds and start disconnecting one sender at a time. If horn doesn't stop you may have a grounded tan wire in your wiring harness or control box. When ever the horn stops blowing when disconnecting things that's where the prob is.
