warning buzzer

hi all


im really paranoid about my warning buzzer on my mercury 90 ( i keep hearing it in my head and it drives me nuts) so i was just wondering would it be poss to wire up a little LED light on the dash in parallel with the buzzer??? if the buzzer comes on so will the led light???

also can somebody spec my engine plz the serial no is 9760992

Easy as pie...just splice the two wires into your buzzer leads. I did this for my I/O, and used a super bright red flashing LED with an aluminum base:
