Washer for 2HP Johnson Mount

Buddy of mine gave me a small 2hp Johnson outboard for my dingy. The little mounting feet that go on the mount bolts are missing. Anyone know what they are called and where can I get them? I tried mounting without and the little ball end is digging into the plastic mounting plate.

They are called swivel plates

You will find them in the parts lists on this site but it appears that they are not available for the later models which have two clamp screws but are available for older models with only one clamp screw.
