I saw RJD many times over the years, starting when he sang for Sabbath on the Heaven and hell tour many years ago.

Boneyard on satellite radio is doing a special on him right now. I was listening to it at work. Man, what a neat guy he was. At least his music will carry on forever. lots of sad people.

wow, that used to be an awesome rock/metal radio station in SoCal. 105.5 KNAC, waaay back in the day lol.

well, back then it sold to a spanish station. so it shut down but went to online broadcasting from what i understand. it really had one of the best playlists on FM at the time. I remember the day it went off the air. just switched to spanish, no goodbye or anything. it was weird.

That sucks! Happened to WHFS, a long time alternative station around here.
