Water distribution housing delete

has anyone come up with a way to replumb this plastic hunk of crap? I have the air actuated one on full closed cooling. On my second one and the drain plug is leaking. It gets much worse if I really tighten it so I’m assuming the POS plastic housing is cracked yet again.

Do you fab up a special bracket to mount them?

as light as they are the oem hoses hold it in position but a bracket or strap could be fabed up if you need it

I had to make these for a twin Formula , the area for the blue drain plug cracked , and by the way theres nothing inside the ball .

Yeah I’m pretty sure mine is cracked there as well. Thanks for the idea. Not sure why a replacement needs to cost 260 bucks
