Water Droplets on Spark plug

I pulled my plugs out today and had one that had a few tiny water droplets on it. Looked like condensation..... Any thoughts???

Shouldn't be any condensation in the cylinder.
Do a compression test.

If the engine has not run in the last month or so and has been sitting in extreme temps it could be acceptable. But to really find out you should do a compression test as stated by JerryJerry05. Is the engine idling properly? If not most likely you need at least a new head gasket.
