The hose that goes between the thermostat housing at the exhaust elbow on the port side has a kink in it. I rotated the hose slightly to remove most of the kink but want to replace it. You can see the kink in the photos below before I removed most of the kink.

These appear to be standard Dayco heater hose cut to fit. When searching for a replacement hose online w/ my engine #, there are several options. At the link below, item 10 is the hose I need. The one listed for the port side has a note that says it's used with a remote oil filter (part # 32-817435). Mine has a standard mount oil filter.

The other item 10 is just a 48" piece of hose (part # 32-3322070). Obviously this would have to be trimmed to fit.

Any ideas on which one??

Ayuh,... When I put clear hoses on mine fer Testin',...
I stuffed an expanded coil spring into the hose, then installed it...
The spring keeps it from kinkin', 'n collapsing...

Thanks Bond-o! The hoses that are on there now were put on by the Merc dealer when they worked on the engine several years ago. They look like standard heater hose. I figured this would be OK but wanted to see what the forum had to say.

I've had good luck with hoses like that simply taking them off and bringing the hose to an auto parts store with a large hanging selection of hoses. Typically they have a large area in the back with the hoses hanging. I ask if I can walk back and compare the preformed ones until I find one that matches and will buy that one. Never had a "no" on that. I'll often find a multi curved one that one of the curved sections is all I need and I can just cut off the rest. I restore old cars and this is a great strategy for avoiding paying sometimes $100 for a no-longer-available curved hose. Recently I did this and bought 3 hoses for $28 that cut down to replace $168 worth of hoses. Give it a try. Doug
