i have a 2006 honda 30 four stroke and i need to get to the water impeller.. it is steering wheel n thottle control set up.. NOT a hand throttle tilt steer set up.. how do i disconect the throttle rod that runs down the back of the engine so i can un bolt the bottom half of the out board leg...... ??
