Yeah, I cheated with the engine lift. But when your boat is not on a trailer, it is hard to move it under a tree. That unit is the travel lift my club uses to haul in and out boats. Someone awhile back rigged up a bar to make it capable of lifting engines. That was nice. 1/2 hour to get them both out and 1/2 hour to get them both back in. Real time saver there!
Finally finished up all of the work. Pressure test on outdrives were successful. Got everything back together. Put it in the water on Friday night (6/12). Went cruisin' Friday, cruisin' Saturday, fishing and cruisin' Sunday. What a great weekend! Everything appears to be well, for now.
