Hi, OK, I know what your going to say.. I didn't torque it right.. but here it goes..<br />complete rebuild, book says to torque the head to 20 pounds, (sounds light to me). put the muffs on and turned on the water. right away, the pisser started pissing. this with the engine not even running yet.. I fired it up and ran terrible, after exhausing all my ignition options, I pull the head and found soot mixed with gas/water in the lower Cyl.. looks like a possible crack in the block or head, but found none... Both halves were lapped by a machine shop. can a lower unit blow water into the exhaust of the engine? Should note that when running it, the exhaust came out the prop but the water discharge came from the top of the lower unit and very little through the prop.. (lots through the pisser)... Just looking for some thoughts on this...Thanks.<br />Stan
